Fermentation tank is available from 200L to 50,000L with an average 25% Head Space. All the tank have a Dish top,

a Cylinder body and a 60-75° Cone Bottom. Certified stainless steel material for all the tanks,

with 100% TIG welded (Argon-arc welded) joints and seams with sanitary interior polishing.

Dimple Plate jacket for glycol cooling and high efficient polyurethane foam insulation.

All the tanks use Tri-clamp connections,they are designed for up to 0.2MPa and tested at 0.4MPa

(we own the Manufacture License of Pressurized Vessels).

Manway on the side or you can choose on the top. CIP cleaning ball and pressure regulating valve are available for you.
