1. CIP cleaning-How to use Beer brewery yeast propagation system?

This device is equipped with a CIP cleaning device, which is very convenient to clean. The water is heated by steam and the valve is reversed to determine the parts that need to be cleaned. Just start the CIP. For example, in the tank top device, the internal cleaning of the anti-vacuum and ultra-high pressure safety valve and the cleaning of the oxygenation pipe are automatically switched.

2. After the CIP meets the requirements, sterilize the process pipeline and the tank with steam. Because the system is equipped with a steam precision filter, the steam after entering the system is free of impurities.

3. Into the wort-How to use Beer brewery yeast propagation system?

It is generally recommended to use hot wort. Since the temperature of the hot wort entering the tank is generally above 80℃, the sterilization time of the wort can be greatly shortened. More importantly, the temperature difference between the hot wort and the sterilization steam is small. Due to the excessive temperature difference, nutrients will be lost and carbonization will occur.

The hot wort enters from the bottom of the tank, and its entry and closing are automatically controlled.

After being sterilized and cooled, the wort is aerated and waited for inoculation.

The system can be manually assisted without affecting the bacteria in the seed tank and the Kafka tank. This online method not only facilitates the disinfection of the inoculation process, but also ensures the inoculation. The link is not in contact with the outside air, so it is convenient, hygienic and reliable. At the same time, the system can implement continuous expansion and cultivation of yeast to ensure the pureness of yeast and better ensure the pure taste and quality of beer.

5. Cultivation-How to use Beer brewery yeast propagation system?

The environment of the expansion system is very important for the expansion of yeast. The system temperature of this device is automatically maintained within ±0.2℃, oxygenation is automatic, and the system pressure is maintained at about 0.05Mpa.

The length of time for expansion is mainly determined by the temperature of the user's operation and the number of yeasts required. Under normal circumstances, under the premise of ensuring the nutrition of wort, it can reach 60-100 million/ml after 36 to 48 hours.

6. Enter the expansion tank-How to use Beer brewery yeast propagation system?

After the expansion tank is sterilized by CIP and the wort is completed, the yeast in the expansion tank is hydraulically pressed into the expansion tank with aseptic air pressure to complete the expansion process, and the required number of cells will be reached after 36 to 48 hours.

7. About sampling-How to use Beer brewery yeast propagation system?

The process is as follows: 1) Sterilize the sampling valve and links.

2) After sterilizing for 15-20 minutes, turn off the steam and quickly turn off the cork.

3) After natural cooling to below 30°C, open the sampling valve and take samples.

4) After sampling, the sampling valve can be cleaned separately or online during the CIP of the system.

8. The operator must ensure the normal supply of system power, such as steam, refrigerant, compressed air, and electricity.
