The mash system is a pot/tun with ancillary device that completes the functions of mashing, 

lauter, kettle,whirlpool etc., mainly including mash copper, mash tun, lauter tun, kettle tun, whirlpool tun , 

temporary storage tank, spent grain tank, brewing water tank, hot liquid tank, heat exchanger, 

heating recovery system, wort negative pressure evaporation energy-saving system etc. 

About the mash system,small brewery equipment generally is 2vessles 3vessels or 4vessels (production ability 30-5000L/batch). 

The large-scale brewery factory generally is 4vessels or 5vessles(production ability 1-30 tons/batch). 

2vessles mash system is composed of mash tun, lauter tun and the process pipelines. 

3vessles mash system is composed of mash tun, lauter tun, whirlpool tun and the process pipelines.

About the heating method, you can choose electric heating, steam heating or direct fire heating. 

The inner is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is firm and durable. 

The cladding is made of stainless steel or copper. The inner and outer cylinders are made of aluminum silicate rock as insulation layer. 

The heat is leaked out, and the energy saving effect is good; 

About the steam heating, adopt the miller plate jacket, and the heat exchange area is large enough to ensure the evaporation required for the craft beer production.

The optimization of the lauter tun frequency conversion tillage device and the aspect ratio can ensure the lauter wort 

is clearer and the lauter speed is faster. 4vessels mash system is composed of mash tun, lauter tun, kettle tun,

kettle tun, whirlpool tun and the process pipelines. The main features are the same as the 2vessels and 3vessels.
