We can make vertical type and horizontal type beer fermentation vats according to customers’ working site condition and their demand.

Most of our beer fermentation vats are composed of 3 layer structure. That is inner tank with jacket or dimple plate, medium temperature adjusting material and outer tank. Some special fermentation vats for sale don’t have the outer tank to reduce cost.

We can also make different structure of fermentation vats according to beer production need. For small beer fermentation tank used in brewpub and restaurant, we make beautiful outer tank surface to satisfy appearance demand. We can make different treatment of surface using stainless steel, copper, brass and wooden material. For industrial beer factory or wine plant that doesn’t need good looking tank outer surface, we make fermentation tank that doesn’t have the outer tank to reduce cost for customers.

This is a set of fermentation vats we made for a Brazil customer.

The customer found our information from network. He sent email to us and said he needed a set of 1000L fermentation tanks. We sent him our tank style and some cases of brewery. He was very satisfied with the quality standard and beautiful looking of our tanks. Then he talked with our technicians about details of these fermentation tanks. He also explained his brewery system condition to our engineers. We made the most suitable design for him. He said the design was excellent and very suitable and practical for his brewery sets. Then he placed the order later. After we finished all these fermentation vats, we also managed the shipment to his port. The Brazilian customer was very happy to receive his beer tanks. After he finished installation, he took photos and thanked us a lot for our help and effort. He said all the brewing system was in good condition and he was very satisfied with our product and service.
