This 1000l beer brewing equipment is for an India buyer.

We received his inquire from network. He said he wanted to open a microbrewery beer plant and didnt have any equipment. He wanted the complete brewing equipment from us. Our beer experts suggested 1000l brewing equipment according to his estimated beer production volume and his working site condition. Then our engineer team designed the process drawing and offered the detailed configuration and technical data of all the equipment needed. The Indian buyer was satisfied with the whole plan and asked for some small modification. So the whole equipment plan was settled. We arranged production and delivery of the 1000l beer brewing system. After he received the equipment and installed them, he tested for several weeks in beer production. The beer system was working well and made good taste beer. He was very pleased and told us he was so happy and lucky. He thanked us for all the help we offered in design, manufacture and delivery. He also told us that his new brewery was in preparation and he wanted to buy another 1000l beer brewing equipment from us. 1000l brewing equipment lauter and whirlpool technical data:

1.lauter effective volume 1100L,whirlpool effective volume 1300L.

2.inner tank material SUS304,3mm,outer tank 2mm, size:D=1460mm,H=2570mm.

3.lauter temperature preservation rock wool thickness 80mm.

4.3 feeding pipes on top,1 for backflow, 2 for grain washing. inner grain washing device adjust double umbrella plate style, washing pipes for lauter washing, equipped with standard washing ball DIN32.

5.lauter equpped with top round manhole, side grain discharge port(with sliding plate), lauter material discharge pipe equipped with sight glass and sanitary sampling valve, sight glass horizontal installation, natural filtration and suction filtration available, natural filtration and grain washing can be at same time.

6. lauter plate:milling. material SUS304,hole rate 8%, surface flat and bright, can be part opened for easy eclasing, without deformation in usage, distance between lauter plate and tank bottom 2-5cm, bottom equipped with cleaning device, above 3 in right position.

7. grain raking device:material ss304, solid installation and supporting, stable rotating, frequency conversion control, raking angle≤15°, inner raking frame fixed on tank body,not bottom, stirring motor and gear covered with ss304 protection shell. motor and gear speed 19r/min, national famous brand.

8. whirlpool anticlockwise tangent material feeding, feeding port positioned at 1/3 position of liquid surface, with liquid level pipe and breathing hole, tank side equipped with quick manhole. bottom shape and material discharge fulfill whirlpool effect and improve easy operation, reduce material liquid loss.
