1. Technical Service

Our company sends technicians to the site to participate in the unpacking inspection, and is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and start-up. Our technical staff will explain to customers various problems in the use of equipment: such as equipment basic principles, design drawings, process flow, operation process, maintenance regulations, equipment performance analysis, general troubleshooting, etc., as well as water, electricity, and pipelines. Problems with usage and equipment placement.

The winemaker will demonstrate the entire brewing process. Comprehensive training will enable the equipment operators to master the daily maintenance content. The personnel training plan will conduct two training sessions for the operators until they learn. If there are any problems during the use of the equipment, the domestic 48-hour presence is required. You solve it.
