The picture of the equipment is 100L American-style two-unit beer mash equipment, 100L mash filtration + boiling + ice water + 100L fermentation tanks×5. This equipment is heated by steam, and the fermentation is automatically controlled by temperature. After entering the plate change, the ice water is entered in the ice water tank, and then the wort is cooled. After the plate is changed, it enters the fermentation tank through the wort tube.
2. There is a hop filter in front of the board change, which can effectively filter the hop material in the wort, protect the board change, and reduce the cleaning times and cleaning cycle of the board change
3. The sampling valve can be matched with the pipeline sight glass, it is convenient to observe the clarity of the wort when filtering the wort, and it is convenient to sample and measure the sugar content after the wort is clear.
4. The heating of steam can prevent the phenomenon of paste pot during the mash process.
5. There are two jars for pharmaceutical ingredients, with magnetic stirring at the bottom, bottom valve with tank, and jacket for insulation.
6. The value of the pressure gauge is the experimental pressure of the cylinder and jacket of our equipment. Keep it for 12 hours, and the pressure will not be qualified until the pressure remains unchanged. The jacket is 0.33mpa and the cylinder is 0.2mpa
