2. Service
(1) Technical service
Our company sends technicians to the site to participate in the unpacking inspection, and is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and start-up. Our technical staff will explain to customers various problems in the use of equipment: such as equipment basic principles, design drawings, process flow, operation process, maintenance regulations, equipment performance analysis, general troubleshooting, etc., as well as water, electricity, and pipelines. Problems such as usage and equipment placement.
The winemaker will demonstrate the entire brewing process. Comprehensive training will enable the operators of the equipment to master the daily maintenance content. The personnel training plan will conduct two training sessions for the operators until they learn. If there are any problems during the use of the equipment, the domestic 48-hour presence is required. You solve it.
(2) Quality assurance
Because the craft beer equipment itself is food processing equipment, the material must be 304 stainless steel. The company guarantees that the products provided are brand-new. While meeting the quality standards, the products will go through layers of checks and developments to ensure the stability and durability of the equipment
Brewery plant consists the following parts:
1. Pre-treatment system: The malt crusher is a channel steel structure, and the malt silo, bucket elevator and other platforms and supports are all made of carbon steel or hot-dipped zinc materials.
2. Mash system: completed through four steps of mash, lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling (the process of making malt into wort.), the type of saccharification can be customized according to the site, brewing process requirements and production batch requirements (two-vessels mash system, Three-vessels devices mash system, four-vessels devices mash system).
The top is accompanied by a vertical reducer, and a stirrer is installed in the tank to make the mash evenly saccharified, and the wort and polymer are quickly separated; natural filtration and suction filtration can be realized; the rotary sink is a vertical cylindrical tank, and the counterclockwise cut line While ensuring the separation of the hop tank and the thermal coagulum, it improves the convenience of operation and reduces the loss of the material and liquid.
3. Fermentation system: ferment the wort into beer for cooling and heat preservation (outer layer-insulation layer-refrigeration jacket-inner tank); the upper part is equipped with a breathing valve; the bottom has a sewage outlet; the cone side has a wine outlet; the lower part is 60 degrees The conical design is very convenient for the precipitation, recovery and cleaning of yeast, and it also has a certain resistance to pressure. Miller board jacket is used for cooling and polyurethane foam is used for heat preservation. The cooling area of the cylinder is about 40% of the surface area of the cylinder, and the cooling area of the cone is about 50% of the surface of the cone.
4. Mash/fermentation cleaning system: the process of cleaning and disinfecting equipment without dismantling equipment parts or pipes.
5. Refrigeration system: Provide a cold source for the cooling of the wort after swirling and the cooling of fermentation.
6. Control system: automatic control of mash/fermentation/cooling systems, arbitrarily set the temperature, time and cycle of each stage, the system will record all relevant data of the entire fermentation cycle.
7. Pipeline accessories: saccharification pipeline, alcohol water pipeline, steam pipeline, wort pipeline, CIP pipeline, sake pipeline and conversion pipe and system accessories.
