This is a typical 5 vessel industrial beer equipment mash system for beer plant. The 5 vessels are installed in line in a 2 floor building. In the 2^nd floor, the manhole is designed in the right height for the convenience of worker’s operation. All devices inside the tanks are made of top quality stainless steel material to make sure they are still in good condition for years of production. We also adjust international top brand valves and gauges to make sure stability in long term operation. These can save lots of trouble and cost for customers in long period beer production process. Controlling system is installed in observation room near the tanks. Operators can easily see equipment running condition on the screen or on site. 

A number of big beer fermentation tanks are need in beer factory. We can make different sizes and structures of beer fermenters for different beer production, such as different sorts of fruit beer. Most brewery fermenters are 3 layer structure, that is inner tank, medium stuffing layer and outer tank. Some fruit beer fermenters are 2 layer structure without outer tank. All beer fermenters are equipped with dimple plate or jacket for temperature control, with big effective area in tank body and conical bottom. The medium layer is stuffed with high efficiency heat preservation material for temperature control. We can manufacture custom-made extra large fermentation tank that can reach hundreds of ton volume for customer.
