The 4 vessels beer brewing system consists of 4 parts: mash tun+kettle tun+lauter tun+whirlpool tun.

Equipped with suitable jacket and mixer to ensure temperature rise rate, avoid coking
large volume, as well as wort boiling, improve the overall system’s efficiency.

The four-vessels mash system can make full use of the mash tun and kettle equipment. Compared with the three-vessels and two-vessels unit system, it can increase the production of at least three batches of beer every day, which can be fully increased and is suitable for large-scale commercial brewing plants.

The operating platform and ladder of the system are made of high-quality stainless steel with guardrails. The bottom stainless steel plate is equipped with anti-skid treatment to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The top of the saccharification system is equipped with exhaust holes to collect condensed steam and the top motor.

The position of the motor can be changed according to the actual room layout. Generally speaking, the bottom of the tank is a pipe system, and each pipe is labeled to prevent confusion. Make full use of the space, the overall layout of the equipment is more beautiful, the horizontal centrifugal pump, the horsepower, according to the length of the pipeline and the volume of the equipment, equipped with a suitable heat exchanger to cool the wort and reduce the power of the cooling system。
