Turnkey brewpub systems of this brewhouse is composed of a complete series of pub brewing systems. There is a 3 vessel mash tun system on the left and 6 brewery fermentation tanks on the right. In the middle there is a cooling water tank for mash equipment temperature adjusting and stainless steel fermentation tank temperature adjusting. There is also a micro water purification system, CIP cleaning cart and other accessories that is equipped with the main brewing system. The mash tun production capacity is 1500L per patch. This can fulfill max production volume and selling volume of beer. A 6-heads beer vendor equipment is placed on the bar. It can provide at most 6 different tastes of beer for consumers. The whole brewpub equipment is developed, designed and improved by WEMAC professional technical team for several generations of models. Finally the whole equipment is perfect in operation and performance for different scales of brewpub and brewhouse. Special design and modification is also available for customers’ special request.

The mash system is equipped with a 4-leg steer system to realize rising and falling of raker. This can improve mash system function and efficiency in operation. The steam funnel port can be connected to different shape of pipes for better exhausting, according to customers’ space and request. The manhole on the top is fastened and sealed tightly, and manufactured smoothly without any dead leg.

The spent grain discharging port is accurately designed and equipped in the perfect position of filtration tank. The waste discharging port is also in right position of the whirlpool tank. These can ensure max working efficiency without any inconvenience for operators. Waste collection devices can be equipped to these ports according to process requirement.

The complete brewpub equipment is composed of a 3 vessel Germany style brewhouse mash system and 6 fermentation tanks. The brewhouse mash system production capacity is 500L per batch. All equipment is manufactured and processed according to top industrial level. 4 supporting legs are connected with another 4 horizontal sticks for better stability. All the stainless steel fermentation vessels are equipped with big area dimple plate on tank body and conical bottom. Fermentation efficiency and temperature adjusting efficiency are improved and ensured.
