Boiler heater requirements:

The outer heater of the boiling water wort is a tube-and-tube heat exchanger, the wort takes the tube, and the steam takes the shell.

The wort is transferred from the bottom of the boiling pot to the external heater through the circulation pump, discharged from the upper part into the boiling pot spray pipe, discharged through the diversion cap, and then discharged into the pot to dissipate heat, forming strong convection of the wort and evaporating water.

In the heat exchanger, the wort is carried out under the condition of sealing and pressing, the temperature can reach 104-108 ° C, and the pressurized wort is sprayed rapidly through the jet port, the wort spreads rapidly, and the water evaporates quickly.

The diameter of the tube is not less than 40mm, the wall thickness is 2-3mm, the flow rate of wort in the tube is 1-1.2m/s, and all the wort in the pot is recycled 8-9 times per hour. The heater should be multi-tube, and the heat exchange area is 1.0-1.5 times the wort volume.

The lift of the pump is preferably about 20m. The lift is too high and the power consumption is increased. The solidified protein is broken by the high-speed rotation of the pump impeller, which is not conducive to the solidification of the protein. If the lift is too low, the evaporation speed of the injector is affected.

The spiral diversion cap provides an evaporation intensity of around 0.5-0.7%.

The trap needs to accurately calculate the amount of condensate and then choose. It is best to use a power trap to transfer the condensate back to the boiler system to reuse energy.
