There is a reserved space at the bottom of the tank to facilitate the placement of the horizontal wort pump and the connection of the pipes. The pipes are marked according to different types. Manual and electromagnetic valves can realize automatic and manual control of the saccharification process. The side of the operating platform is a PLC control system, controlled by a large touch screen, connected with the temperature sensor in the tank, and the mash temperature and time are automatically controlled. After the fermentation tank is filled with liquid, the temperature in the tank is also automatically controlled.
The working volumn of the tank is 1000L,jackeed fermenter,The bottom taper is 60 degrees,The bottom taper can be adjusted according to customer requirements and placement, the jacket is full of rock wool for insulation.
The top of the fermentation tank is equipped with a head, a sewage outlet at the bottom, and a bypass pipe to realize the discharge of mash residues.
