The different between 2 vessels brewery and the 4 vessels:
2 vessels unit brewery system is the combination of mash/kettle tun and lauter/whirlpool tun,mash and boiling share the same tanks,and in the other tank lauter/whirlpool tun,top tank is the lauter tun and whirlpool tun in the bottom.This combination is suitable for simple beer production and beer production batches can reach 2-3 batches per day.
4vessels unit brewery system :Mash tun +lauter tun +kettle tun +whirlpool tun.
The advantage of the four-vessels beer mash system lies in the increase in production batches. The traditional two-vessels mash system can only achieve two batches of beer production every day, because the same tank is used for mash and boiling, and other operations cannot be performed during nash. Due to the equipment, the production will be reduced, and the 4-vessels mash combination equipment can make full use of the mash tun. When the mash is completed, the wort is boiled in a separate boiling tun. The mash tun can be used for the second batch of cyclic production. The production is three times that of the normal two-device equipment.
In addition, the container for each process is realized as a separate container, which can better control each process. The top of the tank is equipped with a round glass sight glass, which can clearly see the mash situation. It is suitable for the needs of various types of beer production such as hotels and restaurants. Taking a 1000L beer saccharification equipment as an example, it can produce at least 5 batches of beer. According to the production process of different beers, the same set of equipment can produce five kinds of beer.
The fermenting tank is polished inside and out, exuding a silver light. You can also customize the copper outsourcing equipment according to the actual situation of the hotel, such as decoration and color matching, or choose a vertical or horizontal fermentation tank according to the size of the room.
The fermenter is jacketed with 80mm polyurethane filling, which has the function of heat preservation. Miller board refrigeration. There is a cold water pipe in the jacket to cool the wort after saccharification. The bottom is equipped with a temperature sensor and PLC control. The system is connected to automatically control the fermentation temperature and time, reducing labor costs.
