5.1 The heat exchanger of the distribution system is generally installed in the return water position.
5.2 Through the specific requirements of heating or cooling temperature, the regulating valve or the switching valve controls the pressure of the boiler steam.
6.1 After the heat exchanger is installed, the water pressure test shall be carried out to meet the corresponding operating pressure requirements.
6.2 A flow sensor is installed on the return water to detect the return flow rate.
7.1 All the plate of heat exchangers are manufactured and tested by WEMAC, in the processing center made by CNC and other equipments. At the installation site, all steam lines are insulated.
7.2 It is equipped with boiler steam installation piping, flange connection, and insulation treatment.
The double-tube sheet heat exchanger is mainly used in the working condition with high hygienic grade. Its unique design makes it easy to completely emptying and maintain the clean state inside the heat exchange tube. The double-tube structure avoids the risk of cross-contamination of the conventional heat exchanger.
