All size beer bright tank from 100L to 3000L,made of 3mm thick high quality stainless steel,other material like copper are optional.
BBT and FV equiped with two layers,inner jacket plays the role of cooling and insolution.
WEMAC bright beer tank standard volume is ranged from 5BBL to 120BBL,can be expanded from 2BBL to 500BBL tailored for client requirement.Vessel working pressure mostly is in the range of 14.5 PSI(1 BAR)to 43.5 PSI(3 BAR).Glycol jacket working pressure is 29 PSI(2 BAR),can be made according to PED,ASME and AS1210 standard and with respective certificate.Certifying expense is extra.

-Exterior wall:Stainless steel,thickness: 2.0mm;
-Insulation: Polyurethane-thickness:100mm
-100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield
-Interior Finish:Mirror polishing to 0.4~0.6 μm without dead corner
-Cooling jacket: both on dome bottom and cylinder parts, thickness:1.5mm
-Cooling media: glycol water

-Top/side mounted manway
-Safety/vacuum valve on top
-Sample valve
-Test Pressure:0.3 Mpa,Working pressure 0.2Mpa.
-Discharge arm with butterfly valve
-CIP arm with 360° coverage CIP spraying ball
-Thermowell with high accuracy temperature sensor: PT100
