WEMAC equipment features:

1) Double softener can realize cascade working and alternating recycling by valves’ units connection. Each softener has full water supply ability. All process adopt programmed control to realize running, washing, backflushing, brining automatically.

2) Original water pump adjusts 1,2 stage high pressure pumps with frequency conversion control. It can fulfill different pressure control in different filter and softener running conditions. It can also realize low speed recycling function in standby condition. This can effectively save energy and reduce germ growing risk.

3) WEMAC develops double pipes water supply mode for the pure water system. Qualified water product is conveyed to purified water tank by double pipes. When the water product is not qualified, it is conveyed to medium water storage tank by double pipes recycling supply. When the pure water tank is full, water is also conveyed to recycling pipes to avoid empty pipe condition. It can make sure there is no backwater in the whole production process.
