Original raw material water is pumped into tube condenser 2 with high pressure. Then it goes into preheater 2 and preheater 1 by multi stage pumps. After heat exchanging process, it goes in to 1 column evaporator. In the evaporator the raw water is sprayed in the inner surface of heating tube by original water distribution device. It then flows in tube in film shape and vaporized by boiler hot steam. In the vaporization process, is turns into secondary steam with tiny water drops. After 3 stages of separation process, it finally becomes pure steam.

Pure steam generator is the equipment that adopts WFI or purified water as original water to finally produce pure steam. It is widely used is medical and sanitary field, biology and pharmacy industry, food and beverage industry, for direct sterilization and equipment sterilization. It can prevent secondary pollution of heat source, heavy metal and other impurities. The steam can be divided into saturation steam, overheating steam and others according to certain temperature and pressure. Pure steam main function is heating and sterilization.

Industrial steam condensed water enters into preheater 2 before discharge. In this course, the final discharge temperature of industrial steam condensed water is reduced to 60 degree. Heating energy is efficiently used than before 120 degree discharge temperature without any usage of energy.

The steam water left goes into tube condenser 2 to reduce its temperature to 80 degree before discharge, that is 40 degree lower than before. Taking advantage of heating energy efficiently.

2) Control system:

The pure steam generator adopt PLC automatic control technique which can provide various communication modes. Operation system accords with 21CFR PART11 is available. Auto control system fulfills GAMP5 standard.

4) Material and manufacturing:

The equipment adjusts top quality 304 and 316 stainless steel as main material. ALL parts in contact with water and steam takes SS316 as material.

ALL bending position adjusts pipes stretching and bending technique to avoid welding and pollution. Automatic welding between parts and pipes use argon to ensure welding quality.

Inner surface is precised processed, clean and smooth. Outer surface can be processed with polishing or dull polish.
