The purified water storage tank manufactured by WEMAC is completely in line with CP2015, EP9.0 and USP40, according to various equipment requirement for purified water storage tank. WEMAC can satisfy various pharmaceutical companies’ requirements for purified water storage tanks. Construction material is 304 and 306L stainless steel. Inner surface mechanical polishing can reach Ra. 0.4. Electro-chemical polishing can reach Ra 0.2. Exterior surface can be made in to mirror, brush, sand blasting treatment, etc. The tank is equipped with sanitary liquid level sensor, spray ball, vent filter and other accessories.

1.1 Various tanks in purified water system, including raw water storage tanks, middle water storage tanks, and purified water storage tanks.
1.2 The inner and outer surfaces are polished, the inner surface polishing roughness is Ra0.4, and the outer surface polishing roughness is Ra0.6.
1.3 Tank material can adopt 304 or 316L according to customer requirements.
2.1 The top of the purified water tank is equipped with a vent filter orifice, equipped with a vent filter or an electric heating vent filter, which can be sterilized online.
2.2 The top is equipped with lifting lugs.
2.3 The tank bottom is equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm valve to achieve automatic discharge of qualified water and unqualified water.
3.1 The top of the tank is equipped with stainless steel manholes, which are convenient for feeding and maintenance.
3.2 The bottom of the tank is equipped with a bottom diaphragm valve or a manual diaphragm valve to ensure the tank water is transported or self-discharged.
3.3 Purified water tanks can be sterilized by pure steam or pasteurized.
4.1 Purified water tanks can be insulated or not according to customer requirements.
4.2 The tank can be equipped with a pressure vessel certificate.
4.3 The tank cylinder has standard volume or non-standard volume, which can be customized according to customer's actual requirements.
