Our small scale brewing system range from 30l, 50l, to 500l, 1000l and 1500l. The beer mash system volume is designed and decided by beer production output and customer’s practical condition. We also adjust suitable mash tun structure and style accordingly. We equip integrated single mash tun, 2 vessel mash equipment and 3 vessel mash system accordingly. We also adjust American design and Germany design accordingly for customers. Some special modification is also available.

We adjust qualified stainless steel as main material for our micro brewery supplies. It is both with good anti-corrosion performance and good surface appearance. We also adopt stable and good quality valves, meters and controlling parts. All the parts brands are of domestic top brands and international famous brands. All these ensures our small scale brewing system perform well and stable. But the microbrewery machine cost is acceptable and reasonable for customers.

The system is mainly composed of a 3 vessel beer mash system and 8 beer brewing fermenters. We also make the attendant equipment such as CIP system, water purifier, filtration system, beer storage tanks, hop tank and so on. All equipment is handled with strict welding and treatment. All the systems and devices are connected and installed as a completed and combined system, with good performance and convenient operation.
