Based on user’s requirement, liquid preparation system is integrally designed, constitute of concentrated solution, diluted solution, filtration, sterilization and liquid transportation in one skid. The system is easy controlled, material closed running, which can reduce contamination thus meet the GMP requirement. It is widely used in infusion, water injection, freeze-dried powder, and the dissolution, preparation, cleaning and sterilization of the other liquids.

1.1 Three-tank automatic system, including concentrated tank, solution tank, and holding tank.
1.2 One-piece automatic batching system, with compact structure and space-saving.
1.3 The pneumatic diaphragm valve equipped with German Gemu to achieve full-automatic operation and stable performance.
1.4 Equipped with a variety of online monitoring instruments, online monitoring data, transmitted to the touch screen through the signal line.
1.5 With electrical heating vent filter, online sterilization can be achieved.
1.6 All connecting pipelines are automatically welded by argon gas protection, electrical chemical polishing treatment is carried out after welding.
2.1PALL electric heating respirator, internal with electrical heating jacket.
2.2 With 316L buffer tank, ensure that the materials are well delivered to the filling machine in time and ensure the stable operation of the system.
3.1 The tank body is stretched and treated to avoid dead leg, no residues and easy to clean.
3.2 The tank is equipped with stainless steel lifting lugs for easy lifting and installation of equipment.
3.3 Electric heating respirator quick connection, easy to disassemble and overhaul.
3.4 Electric heated respirator is equipped with a sampling device.
4.1 With online pressure sensor, Germany Jumo brand.
4.2 Stable performance and stainless steel structure.
