1.1 Two-tank automatic CIP system with acid tank and alkali tank. It can also be designed as single or multiple tanks.
1.2 With sanitary centrifugal pump, double mechanical seal, the brand is ALFA LAVALShanghai Yuanan.
1.3 With the Germany GEMU pneumatic diaphragm valve, control the switch of various materials and water, with stable performance.
2.1 Control system with Siemens touch screen, international famous brand, international common-used brand which is easy for local service and easy maintenance.
2.2 With online flow conductivity meter, monitor the cleaning effect of CIP.
2.3 With paper or paperless recorder, online display, storage, printing and query various monitoring data.
2.4 With indicator light button, sound and light alarm device.
3.1 With two sanitary centrifugal pumps, one for the process pump and one for the return pump.
3.2 On the frame, equipped with stainless steel support for easy installation and cleaning.
3.3 With stainless steel threading groove, it protects the control and signal line, and prolongs the service life.
4.1 With Spirax Sarco brand hydrophobic devices.
4.2 Tank bottom equipped with tank bottom diaphragm valve.
4.3 Tank top has electrical heating vent filter, which can be sterilized online.
