This is a complete craft beer brewing system we manufactured for a local craft beer factory. The factory owner got our information from one of our old clients. He just told us his ideas and asked our engineers to visit his factory and made the design plan for him. According to his working situation and output demand. We made the customized design of the whole brewing system for him. Then we discussed all the points and details. After all things are clear, we made the brewing vessel for him. 

The whole brewing system was mainly composed of a 5 ton and 4 vessel beer mash system, with tens of jacketed conical fermenters. We also made all series of attendant equipment such as water treatment system, CIP system, yeast propagation system, filtration system, storage system and all the wires and connection plates. For the first stage, we made 20 sets of 30 ton beer fermentation vessel. Then we made another series of fermentation vessels according to plan and process. There were totally more than 100 big beer jacketed fermenters in the system. The craft beer factory owner was very satisfied with our equipment and the complete craft beer brewing system. He said the quality level and good appearance treatment was beyond his expectation. He also introduced many of his friends to visit and check the brewing system quality. Many of them were very interested in this system and wanted to get more contact with us.
