Not only main equipment such as mash tun system and beer fermentation tank, but also attendant equipment including CIP tanks, pure water equipment, plate heat exchanger, bright tank, acid tank, alkali tank, yeast propagation tank, malt crusher, mixing devices, delivery devices and others. WEMAC can fulfill all customers’ need. It can provide microbrewery equipment for home and small restaurant, also large beer production equipment for beer factory and beer station. China complete beer brewing system for sale
This complete beer brewing system is for an Europe customer’s restaurant. The 300L mash system and CIP tanks are placed in a separated room. The beer mash system is composed of a 3 vessel mash equipment. It is composed of a integrated mash tun and boiler on the left, a filtration tank behind, and a whirlpool tank on the right. The mash tun is equipped with a customized long funnel for stream discharging. The mash system is compacted in a simple platform with touch screen control. The 2 CIP tanks are placed on the right of the room. All these equipment are separated by a plate fence for good looking. There are also 6 brewery fermenters installed in another separated room for the convenience of beer sale.
This is a 10 bbl 4 vessel beer brewing mash system for an American customer’s brewhouse. This customer’s brewhouse has a big beer consumption volume every day. So the mash system is with more vessels and production volume. It is equipped with 12 fermentation tanks to make sure beer production efficiency and storage demand. All the fermenters are installed in another separated room for uniform management and operation.
These big fermentation tanks are for a craft beer production factory.
All customers’ brewery equipment are manufactured and processed in WEMAC beer equipment factory. WEMAC has great advantage in providing complete beer brewing system for different scale of beer plants and factories.
