Generally, 2 stage yeast propagation system can fulfill most beer brewery factories and beer brewing plants production need. It is more effective with higher efficiency compared to 1 stage yeast propagation system. It is also more cost saving and easier to operate than 3 stage propagation system.

The 2 stage beer yeast propagation system is mainly composed of 1^st stage yeast propagation tank, 2^nd stage tank and carlsberg flask. The system should be equipped with accessory equipment such as CIP system, exhaust system, filtration system and others.

On 1^st and 2^nd yeast propagation tanks, there are reserved washing pipes hole and exhaust pipes hole. Some tanks are also equipped with sterile sampling valve, automatic temperature control system, pressure system, observation port, sight glass, flashlight and other devices.

Capacity of 1^st stage tank can be 200-500L, and 2^nd stage tank capacity should be around 10 times of the 1^st stage tank, that is 2000L-5000L. We can also make special size beer propagation system for special usage condition.

Filtration system is for sterile air filtration and steam filtration. All parts and accessories are adjusted of national top brands and international top brands. Steam filtration system also needs high temperature resistance parts.
