Turnkey beer brewing system for sale complete brewery equipment 

This turnkey beer brewing system is totally designed, manufactured and installed by WEMAC beer equipment manufacturer team for a large scale craft beer brewery plant. The first stage project includes a series of 5 vessel mash system with production capacity of 10 ton per batch,  and 20 beer fermenters of 30 ton production capacity each. Other relative accessories equipment are also manufactured and installed such as water purification system, CIP system, filtration system, yeast propagation system, crushing system and so on. Customer also adds another 20 fermentation tanks in the second stage project for larger scale production. The whole brewing system is automatically controlled. The control program and system is designed by WEMAC national top team in this field. This ensures the whole brewery equipment is working stably with high efficiency.

The left part is cooling system pipes connection plate. It can be placed in any space according to customer’s working site structure. The right part is fermentation tanks’ pipes connection plate. It is especially designed that two fermenters are connected to one plate and use the plate in common.

There are the 20 fermentation tanks and its pipes connection plates on the left. On the right there are 3 CIP cleaning tanks for the cleaning of the whole brewery system. One vessel among the 5 vessel beer mash system is visible. The whole mash system can reach 10000L production ability per batch. The compact crushing system with operation platform is in the distance for malt smash.

2 stage yeast propagation system is equipped with the turnkey beer brewing equipment. Customer can save much yeast purchasing cost by breeding yeast with the equipment by themselves. The yeast propagation equipment is composed of 2 yeast propagation tanks, CIP cart and PLC automatic controlling system. WEMAC self developed and designed yeast propagation system is the most advanced and full automatic equipment in this field in China. Due to professional program design team’s long term development in software, the yeast propagation system finally becomes most user-friendly and most automatic in this field.

In the distance there are purified water storage tank and cooling water tank system.

The whole complete brewery system is equipped with a small scale purified water system. Original water is conveyed to feeding water storage tank first and is purified and processed by this system, then the purified water is collected in big water storage tank for beer water usage.

All soft pipes and electric wires are arranged in stainless steel slots and bridges for protection and beautiful appearance.
