Finally, flaw detection process is conducted in inspection room to find out any potential flaw and crack of welding. If any, rework is conducted, to make sure complete welding quality. 

In surface treatment procedure, we provide different features of stainless steel, red copper, golden brass and wooden material of tank surface. Mirror surface, matte, dull treatment, brush treatment are available for ss, copper and brass material. Different kinds of wood are available for wooden surface process. Logo and special treatment are also available for customized design.

We apply big area and high efficiency dimple plate, jacket and belt structure for heat preservation, in both tank body and conical bottom. The stuffing layer are stuffed with high thickness and high efficiency rock wool heat preservation material.
