5bbl small scale beer factory equipment ordered by South Korean buyer.

We received the South Korean buyer’s phone call and he said he found our contact information from google. He also said he would visit some small beer factory in China. He wanted to visit our factory also because he learned from our website that we were professional beer equipment manufacturer with more than 60 years history and we made very good products. A few days later he came to our factory. He said he had visited several beer factories in Jinan city already and would make a choice after finishing visit of our factory. He wanted the best price and good quality. We showed him around our factory, workshops and advanced facilities. He was very interested and satisfied with everything, because we have obvious advantage in every aspects. He also checked the small scale brewery quality in production and in stock. Finally he was very excited and pleased because he finally found the ideal small beer factory equipment he wanted. Our product quality and factory environment were totally in accordance with his need.

Later we took him to one of our local client’s restaurant to show our small beer brewery in operation. The brewery system was composed of a 3 vessel mash system and 6 fermentation tanks. It was also equipped with water purification system, CIP tanks and other attendant equipment. He said he was satisfied with the quality and it was also very beautiful. The South Korean buyer also checked the beer fermentation tank in our factory. He carefully checked the thickness, welding, machining and polishing of the brewery tanks in production and in stock. He was very satisfied that all the beer brewing tanks were made of strong and full material. We could make different sizes from 50l to tens of tons. We also introduced different types and structures of stainless steel conical fermenter to him, such as jacket type, dimple plate type, belt type, horizontal type, vertical type and other special types. He also checked our brite tank for beer storage. He was very satisfied with our beer fermentation tank manufacturing ability and facility. We told him that we made and sold numerous different sizes and types of beer brewing tanks every year. It had been one of our most matured main products for many years. Finally we discussed and confirmed some stainless steel fermentation tank technical data for his next order.
