These small scale brewery sytem,very cost-less,and also can meet your basic brewing requirements.

So if you want to inquiry our small capacity fermentation tank,pls note the min quanity is 4sets.

Just as we showed in the picture,all of our fermenters are through pickling passivation.

This is a semi-finished welding and we will polish it again to make the welding look beautiful. 

In addition, all the fittings, valves, sight glass, etc. on our tanks all use high quality brands.

This is very important for the quality.

Straighten the mounting frame,or The frame will be severely twisted from the weight of the equipment. 

The skids be manufactured with a bare minimum 50x50x3mm box section stainless steel.

Chilled water pipework in level & square.

Please note the fabricated pressed mounts for the pump and the heat exchanger, 

we have also mitred (45°) the connections of the 50x50x3mm box section for the 90° corners of the skid 

and welded the tanks to the frame. These improvements are for the hygienic design standards in Australia. 

It is possible to move the Skid with a forklift, when it is fully loaded with liquid.
