Mash tun is used in craft beer production and industrial beer mass production. The different is that beer plant used industrial mash tun is much bigger in size. While mash copper is mostly used in big beer brewery plant for industrial beer mass production. In mash tun, malt is processed and turned into malt liquid form. In mash copper, the feeding material is starch or smashed rice, and the raw material is finally turned into starch plaster and starch liquid.

Dimple plate jacket is used in mash equipment tank body to realize heat conduction and energy recycling. Complete automatic temperature control system is adopted to make sure temperature is adjusted accurately and timely in mash process. The blending and stirring devices are controlled by excellent smart and changing frequency suspending rotary speed adjusting system. This can greatly and effectively improve enzymes’ activity and performance, to ensure beer is rich in taste and nutrition.

Lauter tank is used for filtration in the whole mash process. It is mainly composed of tank body, special raker, motor and controlling system. In this process, most smashed malt fiber, peel and other solid waste is separated and discharged from malt liquid and water. Small portion of carbonhydrate and protein that is sticky and insoluble in water is also removed from malt liquid. The malt liquid is almost clean with little foreign matter by filtration process. Then the malt liquid with soluble carbonhydrate and protein is conveyed to boiler for next process.

Boiler is the equipment used in boiling process. The malt juice fluid is boiled to required concentration during this course. In the same time, insoluble protein and other hot concretion matter is formed in boiler. Hops need to be added for several times according to required sequence in this course, to form different flavor needed.

WEMAC applies advanced boiler in body high pressure and boiling technique, and adjusts recycling mixing technique. These technique realizes protein insoluble matter’s forming and separating from liquid efficiency. In the same time, it increases temperature rising speed and keeps boiling temperature homogeneous, in balance and uniform. This can ensure malt juice boiling quality, and prevent denaturation of insoluble protein matter.

The whirlpool tank is used for sediment and separation of insoluble concretion that formed in the former steps. The insoluble concretion is formed from smashed malt, hops, fibers, protein and many other kinds of matters.
