The working procedure is controlled by logo, made by Siemens, and the procedure is set up before ex-factory. Time parameters can be adjusted according to customers’ demands. If a procedure is not needed, you can turn the time parameter of this procedure to “0”

Washing Process

Pressing → drain off → water washing → air blowing/drain off → caustic washing → caustic recycle → hot water washing →drain off → hot water washing →drain off →steam sterilization →co2 purge→co2 pressurize

Filling Process

Load the keg → Pressing → co2 pressure preparing → CO2 blowing spear → open the spear → filling →Co2 blowing filling heads→  stop → unload the keg

CIP process

Connect CIP liquid to beer inlet → Install washing accessory → start → time’s up → stop

 Operation & maintenance 

Operation

Lead the clean water into hot water tank, the buoy will be floated up and the inlet will be closed down. Water will be replenished automatically.

Open the inlet of caustic tank, and close it when the level reaches 15-20mm to the caustic tank. Dispense the caustic for use.

Put the keg upside down, spear into the washing head.

Perform a final check prior to start. Ensure all pressure and pipelines are good.

Trial start: Turn on the power and air source. Turn on the pump. Take two beer barrels downwards, make the extractor tubes in the middle of the parcel tips, then press down the start button, the machine, AUTO-GQ1, will automatically work. If there is any exception, please press down pause button. If you want to continue operating when remove the malfunctions, press down the start button secondly. 

All Certificates are mounted to machine. CE, UL and CUL plates mounted to machine.

All inline and out line pipes are marked clear in English.  Water, caustic cleaner, fresh water in, drain, co2 in, etc.

Test many cycles to make sure no problems arise before shipping 

When running washer, can all setting be adjusted.  Can all cycles be adjusted in time

Adjustable cycle times for every cycle and then be able to set them so you push 1 button and all cycles go through the allotted time and finish.  Make sure keg has 100% co2 before going to filling stage.

Ethernet connection for remote support and troubleshooting.  Also have access so  can trouble shoot too

Automated Lifting system and transport system is with the Washer/Filler and is working properly.
