The heat exchange system of the beer production equipment is an important guarantee for the beer production process. 

Especially the heat exchange and heat preservation in the fermentation and storage stage are the key control points of beer production, 

using different forms such as jacket, tape and honeycomb. 

The thermal system can be optimally adapted to the production requirements in different production environments, 

different heat exchange rates, different insulation requirements, and different cooling configurations.

The external heaters are mostly tube bundle heat exchangers (tube evaporators), and plate heat exchangers are rarely used. 

After the wort is introduced into the pipeline, the outside is reverse flowing steam, and the wort is heated while the steam is cooled. 

The external heater generally has two types, vertical and horizontal, and the horizontal outer heater is slightly inclined 

when installed to allow the condensed water to flow out.

The size of the external heater depends on the required heating area, which in turn is determined by the number, 

diameter and length of the heating tubes.

The external heater can effectively improve the housing effect, and the circulation amount can be accurately controlled. 

The content of the boiling pot can be uniformly mixed, and the temperature of the wort from the external heater can be accurately adjusted, 

and can be accurately set by means of an additional heat preservation device. In the heat preservation stage, 

only the pressure is very low-key, the saturation is accurate, and various heating areas can be placed.
