1500L mash system,

Inner shell SUS304, 3mm, Cladding 2mm; Dimensions: D=1660mm, H=3700mm.

Steam heating; Coil jacket, Pressure resistance 3bar. Heating meets the temperature rise of 1-1.5 degrees/minute; 

the cylinder and bottom are individually controlled.

Rock wool insulation, thickness 80mm or 100mm.

The speed of the stirring motor is 20r/min, the material of the stirrer in the tank is stainless steel 304, 

the stirring shaft has a scale, and the low part support with bushing. The upper part of the tank has a seal 

to prevent steam leaking from the shaft.

The upper steam discharge pipe diameter is ¢159, and a condensate collecting device is added to the steam discharge pipe. 

The drain pipe is embedded in the insulation layer.
