In the mash tun, the kettle tun will have a large amount of secondary steam in the production process. 

When the secondary steam is discharged, some steam will be condensed into condensed water, 

which is easy to flow back to the mashing tun or boil along the exhaust pipe. 

In the tun, it affects the quality of the mashed wort and ultimately affects the quality of the beer.

In the mash tun, a water retaining ring is formed at the root of the exhaust pipe of the kettle tun to form a water receiving tray, 

and the condensed water of the secondary steam is discharged to the outside of the tun 

by the condensed water discharge pipe to avoid the influence on the wort, and the secondary steam condensed water is discharged. 

The pipe is connected to the water receiving tray at the root of the steam exhaust pipe, 

and is passed from the heat insulating layer of the pot body to the lower part of the pot body to discharge 

or recycle the secondary steam condensed water, thereby avoiding environmental pollution and recovering energy.
