Beer brewing system for 1000L per batch is typically applied to breweries that are much smaller than large-scale corporate breweries and are independently owned. Such breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on flavor and brewing technique. We offer a Microbrewery (mini brewery) with the productivity of 1000L (10 hl) to 5000L (50hl) per brew. The service includes: complete set of microbrewery equipment, installation turn key, recipes and technology of branded beers, staff training and more. Microbrewery comes complete "turnkey" The performance of your Microbrewery (Brewery and mini brewery), if necessary, can be increased in the future. Grain Milling Unit：

Particle adjustable rolling crusher

Output: 300-500kg/hr.

Roller Size: Φ155x200mm

Dimension: 600x780x1365mm

Brewing Brewhouse：

Configuration: 1000l Mash/Lauter tun, 1000L Kettle/Whirlpool tun and 1000l Hot liquor tank. Three vessels altogether also include all needed parts like HE(heat exchanger), Manifold,  Work platform and all valves and fitings.

Also we can design it as your special request.

Fermentation Tank：

About fermentation tnak I think you need to consider it in all aspect. There are various optional for its capacity. Some customer prefer to keep same volume as brewhouse, while some like double size. Please make sure your brewery has no limitation for the height of fermenter.

Glycol Water Tank：

We equip 2500L glycol water tank for 10bbl beer making equipment system.

Glycol Water Chiller：

2x5HP Chillers can make the it work alternately to enlarge the service span for every chiller, one for using while the other is for spare，Because it can keep working in case one of them get problems.

Bright Beer Tank(BBT)：

If you need it for beer maturation and carbonation to make your beer taste more colourful , leave it to me!
